How do I get a refund?
It’s important to remember that creative work is inherently subjective and Cobalt reserves the right to decide whether or not a refund is fair. Before requesting a refund, we highly recommend that you constructively communicate with the Expert that you are unhappy with the work so that revisions can be made. If you can’t get to a solution, ask yourself “”did the Expert do what was asked of them?”” and if the answer is no, you can request a refund approval process.
